"We have been using ABI for several years. Our orders vary from a handful of stomachs to 1,000 carotid arteries a day. We have ordered just about every tissue they offer and are always pleased with the results. We have tried a few other suppliers due to needing 1,000+ pound pigs and the quality is never comparable. When ordering from ABI the digestive system is rinsed well, the blood vessels are trimmed closely without nicking them, and the pleura layer of the lungs is always intact. Any time we have a special request they have been able to accomodate our needs and in several instances have suggested better alternatives. The tissue is placed in insulated coolers with ice packs and plenty of packaging peanuts to keep the tissue in place and chilled until it arrives. Any time we have issues with FedEx, Deb always steps in and handles it so we do not have to waste our time getting it resolved. Sometimes this involves getting tissue later in the day and sometimes it involves re-harvesting. ABI, and Deb in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met."

"Having scheduled an impromptu tissue lab a week out, I asked a colleague for a recommendation of a company to order stomach and bowel from. He provided me with ABI's contact information and told me they should be able to make the timing work and that they are very nice. My order was placed and product was to be delivered the day before my 7 a.m. lab. Although FedEx was advised to drop product without signature, I received a note saying they would re-attempt delivery the next day at 10:30 a.m., which would have been too late. I reached out to FedEx, then to Deb at ABI to explain my situation. Deb went above and beyond to contact FedEx to resolve my situation for me, provided contingency plans of possibly getting on the next harvest and havng a team member drive product out to me as a back up, and was compassoinate about resolving the shipping comany's error while ensuring the least inconvenience to me. Luckily, FedEx was able to circle back to me a few hours later and all was rectified. I truly appreciate ABI's efforts in ensuring I had what I needed to do my job and their willingness to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers have what they need. I will be sure to recommend their services in the future."
